Well done for ruining the city centre with your new stupid prices and hours! Most car parks have changed from 6pm to 10pm ruining late night economy and the prices for parking are ridiculous. Over £5 for or a few hours. Exeter business guild need to get to grips with the council

I have been trying for over a month now to pay my council tax bill. Their online account/payment service is the most backward system I have ever encountered, and not fit for purpose. I contact the council, and they fob me off with half an answer that doesn’t solve the situation. The amount of stress it’s caused, for no good reason, is unreal. Do better!
