I have been suffering from lower back pains since 2017, which recently has developed into sciatica pain. I was struggling to walk and sleep. I got acupuncture done at Cathedral acupuncture and it was the best decision ever. This is all due to Helen! From the first session, Helen was very welcoming, kind and really attended to my needs. She talked through my problem and how acupuncture can help. After 3 sessions, the pain is more or less gone. I can walk and carry on my job as normal. Helen made the experience relaxing, enjoyable and beneficial. The service was brilliant and would definitely recommend to anyone! Best decision made!

I’d highly recommend Helen as an acupuncturist - the treatment I went for was not only effective but it had the added bonus of helping me unwind and deeply relax. Helen was always very professional, kind and knowledgeable. The setting is lovely and also very conveniently located too. Thank you Helen for all your help!

I have been going to Helen for accupuncture for quite some time. The accupuncture itself has really helped reduce some of my symptoms. Helen is so kind, sensitive, professional and really listens and responds.

I went to Helen with Long Covid/chronic fatigue type symptoms lasting over a year and alongside some other dietary and lifestyle changes I have felt a massive improvement in just 5 sessions of acupuncture with her. Helen has a really nice, calm and caring manner making you feel very at ease and relaxed. She clearly works holistically but doesn't get too bogged down in irrelevant details of the case history. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone interested in trying acupuncture in Exeter.

Helen worked magic on my left shoulder pain 18 months ago, and was a consummate professional with such calm and healing energy. I called her today (amid COVID19 closures) as I have the same problem again on my right side 18months later, and although she is unable to see me in-person she gave me some really fantastic tips and advice to help me to manage my pain. A wonderful woman, highly recommended.

I found out two weeks ago that my baby was in breech position at 34 weeks. Acupuncture was suggested to turn the baby, and so I rang Helen and was able to get an appointment immediately. I was very impressed by her friendly, professional and caring manner, and she recommended doing moxibustion at home for the next 10 days, after showing me how to do it in the clinic. By 36 weeks the baby had turned into optimal head-down position! I would highly recommend seeing Helen for baby turning, and for anything else that acupuncture might be able to help with.

Helen is really approachable, understanding and listens. I have been to her several times over the past few years and each time, after only a couple of sessions, I feel so much better. Aches and pains, lack of energy and low mood, all go. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Helen. You are amazing!! !
