But, as I was going through agency, that made me disposable like cannon fodder. Avoid.

I would love to lie so our competitors buy off of the worst, however I have to be honest and relay that this company is deceitful and offer a very poor excuse driven service. Its just not acceptable to operate like that in this day and age. You simply need to be able to deal with competent staff that you can rely on and when like others have said, there are plenty of alternative distributors to buy from why on earth would you stick around to be abused as a customer with this level of incompetent service.

An awful company to deal with, the supplies sales and delivery are fine but their accounts department is a shambles which causes huge issues for our own accounts department EVERY MONTH with very late statements which then contain various errors, best to use UFP or WESTCOAST.
