    Location is convenient close to station. That’s it. Management is so bad. Irresponsible, it is clear they don’t have experience in hospitality. Took days to get a response to our enquires about parking or regarding cutting out stay short. We needed to leave early and let them know two days in advance, they didn’t respond until two weeks later to tell me I had to pay for the whole stay, I was taken aback because Before leaving I really wanted to talk to someone about their policies in order to make a decision, but if nobody replies for days, what to do? Really, just avoid them, they are the worst

    I am staying at Legacy Flat 20 in Hove from December 2nd. This hotel is new and very clean. In addition, guest service is fantastic. For instance I asked a staff to change check out time from 10 to 12 because of my kids, she allowed that with kind voice. I really thanks to her. I'd like to recommand this accomodation to everyone absolutely.
