Absolutely first class service, I cannot praise enough! Dave came down to pick me up from Greatstone on Sea and took me to the docks in Tilbury for my solo cruise. This is the same service as I would get if I had booked with Saga cruises where I didn't have to carry my cases at all, they were taken from the house and unloaded onto a trolley for me at the terminal. There was a complimentary bottle of water in the beautiful comfortable car and Dave was so lovely. I was messaged when he was at Tilbury and he was waiting for me with a sign when I came out of the terminal. I paid a supplement for the extra mileage to collect me from Greatstone but it was worth every penny to have the peace of mind that I would be using a reliable company. Travelling as a solo was completely stress free as I didn't have to carry heavy cases at all and I recommend without reservation. Thank you so much.

Excellent service during bad weather to Heathrow and return. Good communication, pick up spot on-time [ well early due to weather], smooth run and just as good on meet for the return trip. Probably not the cheapest but you get what you pay for - a first class service. Will be using for the next trip.
