I stayed at this wonderful cottage for a week. It is located on several major walking paths and has amazing views of the Friston Forest and the White Horse. The furnishings are high-end and very comfortable, and the hosts are warm and welcoming. It's a perfect rural retreat but on the busy Jevington Road which means it's very easy to reach by car and by bus. Walk to The Tiger in East Dean and, if you're feeling fit, to Birling Gap.
