Our cat Kurt is very nervous and less than a year old so we were anxious about leaving him. However, he was cared for well and when we picked him up it was clear that Val had adjusted to his behaviour and needs to do all she could to make sure he was comfortable and reassured. Would recommend this quiet cattery with personal attention.

Just picked up my 2 cats from another stay at Exclusively Cats, and am once again delighted with the love and care they have received. Having been a cat owner for 30 years I have tried many catteries. None have compared and I wouldn't send my cats anywhere else. I know they are in safe hands and can go away on holiday with no worrying. Very highly recommended.

Rung up to book our dog in a few weeks back (obviously rung wrong number!) they accepted our booking for our DOG and proceeded to take a payment of £47.80, today we realised once taking our dog to the kennels we thought we had booked. Figured out what had happened, rung this cattery and explained and said we would like a refund, her response ‘tough luck’ and hung up! Absolutely dispicable! We have now lost our holiday away as a family.
