    DO NOT SHOP HERE - RACIST. I went here with my mother and sister on Mother’s Day to buy by mother a gift. My South Asian mother was dressed in casual wear (a jumper, trainers, sweatpants and a long puffer jacket) because we were visiting our relatives in hospital for a number of hours. We were met with contempt and clear racist undertones by the blonde lady running the store. When my mother asked to see a pair of sunglasses she responded with “shall I tell you the price first”. When she asked to try them on, my mother was instructed to only use the back mirror despite there being the mirror at the front, which I gather was so she wouldn’t run away with them. And finally when my mum went to go ask her daughters our opinion, the lady took the glasses out of my mothers hand to put back in the display case when we hadn’t even made a decision whether to purchase them. I find this “pretty woman” behaviour absolutely disgusting and unacceptable - it’s a shame for whoever owns this place that my mother is part of a community of women who love designer secondhand because this shop will be explicitly mentioned to be avoided.

    Bought a fantastic acne coat and dries blazer from here yesterday for a bargain price. What a gem of a shop! The guys running it were very friendly. Will certainly be going back!

    Awful shop!! Displayed a strange channel logo bag by the window and when customer asked if it was a channel, a shopkeeper said "that is not a channel". so I said to her, "it's a fake one then". Then the shopkeeper replied, "It's not a fake. But it is not a channel. It doesnt say Channel" HELLO???!!! We called that a fake in this country!!!!

    Recent visited and they had a nice collection of shoes, bags, clothes and accessories. Certain pieces were priced better than others. I found the shop staff to be quite helpful and nice. There are loads of items so you do have to dig a bit to find some great treasure.

    Rude staff (man). Wanted to see a shoe. The staff said "No. Why do you want to see it?" He also said "It is new. If people touch it, it won't be new." Interesting way of doing business. Would have given them negative 5-star. Too bad it is not an option :)

    I love a good second-hand designer shops (or any other shop really) but safe yourselves from some weird interactions and feelings by entering this specific shop. The owners "select" their customers by looks and unnecessary comments between themselves. Shame. Also, way overpriced.
