    I use this exclusive repair many time now and can’t fault them! I work as Building manager and have to arrange repairs or replacement of different appliances. Started to use exclusive repair now for several tasks, from new instructions to repairs or quotes, they always come across professional and value for money. Just had new dish washer installed by Craig and Kiril their 2 technicians.     Absolutely appalled by Joannas customer service. My colleague called in as we booked the job on behalf of a tenant. We were sent an invoice but no report. We asked if and when we would get a report and she shouted down the phone at my colleague. I then called in to find out and get some answers. She huffed and puffed and said she spoke to someone already and asked why I'm calling in again. I said we don't know what you said as you were shouting down the phone we simply want to know when we will get a report. Baring in mind we should've been called 30 minutes prior to arrival however no phone call was received. She started shouting down the phone at me being rude, saying "what do you not understand we will send a report give us time" all she needed to say politely was, Sorry no one called you and our operative is writing up the report once this is done we will send it over. They had enough time to send over the invoice without sending a report first though. She obviously does not know how to speak to people. She hung up the phone on me when i asked to speak to a manager!!! Service: Washing machine repair

    I was pretty satisfied with the service.They were the second company attending to fix my dishwasher, where they succeeded and the previous company did not.Very fast and friendly service. I am also very happy they used a protective sheet to protect the floor. Overall - excellent service!

    This company was sent as a contractor to fix our dishwasher. The engineer from this company cut the lino on the floor to be able to push back the dishwasher and hide the cut by moving the plinth forward from from original place. They are denying they ever cut the lino even though the engineer had the cut piece in his hand when he left. They send someone to fix the problem by sticking a piece of lino on the floor and i have refuse this so they are now resulting to saying the cut was made a before the engineer came in. I am appalled and disgusted really. Edited to add: The engineer also claimed he fixed an additional issue with water from the sink getting into the dishwasher and that was not done.     Booked to fix my tumble dryer as it had been making an awful loud noise. First visit arrived on time, found the potential fault and needed to order parts but left it working for now. A week later I hadn't heard from them so called Never received my call back promised. Finally I call again to rebook visit to fit new part. They came back, fitted the new part but then it apparently needed another new part. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing (I had covid and then Christmas hit) and leaving the dryer not working at all (over Christmas which was a nightmare with 3 young children) I call them to be told they'd not even ordered the other part. No apology at all and no call back yet again. Agreed to ordered the part but get them back round to make it work again for now. THE ENGINEER DID NOT TURN UP. Called the next day, again no apology. After nearly 2 months I decided to give up on this company, booked another repair guy who fixed within 20 minutes, no new part needed! Shocking customer service. They don't call back if they say they're going to. They replace parts that aren't needed and leave the appliance in a worse condition. Service: Dryer repair
