Terrible experience with EPM. Damage to the property which wasn't taken care of for at least a year, and extremely slow turnaround time. Its been over 3 months and I still haven't had any of their staff contact me despite calling or emailing every 2 weeks.

EPM have been excellent since we bought our apartment over 5 years ago. They always action any issues that we have had and very promptly. James the owner takes any issues seriously and the rest of the staff have ALWAYS been very pleasant when I have phoned and have always phoned me back if they have to find an answer from another colleague. I can honestly say that if any workmen have had to come inside my property to do any work they have always been polite and efficient! In my opinion they go over and above in comparison to other Property Management companies that we have experienced!!

Avoid - they make life unbearable and difficult for leaseholders. James the owner doesn't have the decency to return calls. The trades they have used are mostly incompetent and do a bad job for ridiculous fees in my experience.
