Ordered two gold mirrors of different styles. Unfortunately one of them had a fault and exclusive mirrors replaced it without issue. Very good customer services and promptly dealt with. The products are lovely and we would use them again despite the issue.

We are so pleased that we ordered our mirrors from Exclusive Mirrors. Was a little dubious after reading the negative reviews, but we couldn't find anything else we liked elsewhere and so took the chance. We are so glad we did. They arrived in 3 days and they are the perfect colour for our new bathroom. We would gladly use again.

I ordered a mirror in sept, I was a bit dubious because of the reviews but went ahead because I really liked the style of it. The mirror arrived within the expected waiting time, was of a very high quality and well packaged. The communication that I've had with the company has always been good, Jade had been really responsive to all my enquiries and I am generally very impressed.

Mixed reviews, ordered a mirror and then saw all the bad reviews so I was worried, emailed them bout 3 days after purchase to receive a email saying the mirror I paid for which was in stock, was no longer in stock and their supplier isn't supplying it anymore? Checked the website that mirror is still on saying in stock. If you're not selling it anymore why is it still on your website? Anyway they did tell me I would get Refund 3-5 working days and I received one 2 days after so thankful for that cause some reviews people have waited weeks for a refund. But clearly they have no idea what they are doing and pick and choose which customers they like. I would avoid

I ordered two bespoke mirrors with a delivery time of between 8-10 weeks. Prior to ordering I never read any reviews, so after I did read them I was a little concerned. I needn’t have worried, the mirrors were delivered within the expected timeframe. They are fabulous, and just what I wanted and was expecting. Good quality and well packaged for delivery. I did contact customer services and they were helpful and informative, in fact the mirrors were already on the way and came the next day. Delivery company rang the day before to confirm. They were easy to hang , good fixings. My experience with this company has been great, no hesitation in ordering from them again.
