    I regularly used Exclusive before moving overseas 11 years ago. Long story short the team went to VERY VERY great lengths to get a wedding suit that had been purchased for me whilst I was on the other side of the world altered within an extremely tight window of time with a number of extreme logistical challenges that I presented them with. They went way beyond any expectation to enable me to look great for our son's wedding. I cannot recommend and thank them enough. Service: Alterations

    Took my designer coat to get dry cleaned, it had quite a few marks on that I thought already would be hard to get out but thought the coat over all needed a clean. The coat was given back to me completely the same. There’s food marks on the coat still that I have removed since picking the coat up with a baby wipe. The part of the coat that you can hang it up on was broke on one side which it definitely was not when I took it there. Was just a complete waste of time and money taking it here. When I took the coat in I asked if they would be able to do my moncler puffer and another feathered inside coat which they seemed like that have never done anything like that and was too unsure what to do so I didn’t feel I could leave it with them so I didn’t. Obvs not at all what I expected from the dry cleaners as they’re suppose to specialise in coats that say dry clean only. Over all would never come here again
