    We had our 3 seater 2 seater and chair refurbished the quaility of workmanship and service was excellent. From first meeting Justin to delivery on completion all work was carried out to the agreed dates. Justin gave us confidence in the company. There was no pressure at all, the loan furniture was of good quality and nothing to pay until all work completed to our satisfaction.

    We have just had a sofa reupholstered. Really pleased with it. Same sofa and dimensions but fitted with new springs and looking brand new. The service from Justin was very helpful and he also dropped off fabric pieces for us to assess the colour at home. Not only that but he lent us a sofa whilst ours was being done!     Patrick Harkins, Decmber 2022 We were undecided over whether to repair or replace our well-loved, and well-used, chesterfield sofa. Fortunately, we encountered Justin at Exclusive by Design. Justin came to our house, explained how sofas were constructed, what to look for in a sofa and advised that our chesterfield was in a better state than our newer, cheaper second sofa. The result was, with no hard sell involved, we asked to have the chesterfield cushions recovered AND purchased a replacement second sofa designed to suit and fit our living-room. The products are in place and we are delighted with the results.
