Really friendly company to deal with. Hired an ice-cream machine at short notice and they were very accommodating. Sherrie kept us well informed of our options and also on timings on the day of delivery. The delivery driver was very friendly and gave us very clear instructions on using the machine. On top of that the product was really delicious and an absolute hit! Will 10/10 be using again!

I have used Exclusive twice now and they have been excellent on both occasions. Great communication, arrived on time and professional attitude. Also, the kids are happy with the bouncy castle which is all important! John is great and the last time I used them I need a bouncy castle with 48 hours notice. John was super. Organised everything, no hassle. Will use for the next birthday party.
