    In April 2017, we contracted Exclusive Ballooning for a special wedding surprise for my then fiancé and now wife. This was to take her out of our wedding in style post our departure with Exclusive Ballooning in their Renshaw Balloon with a disability basket for easy access. This was no easy feat, as this would be wholly dependant on weather conditions, and a launch from a non-standard location that had never done this before. Louise Moore was the stand out superstar throughout this entire function. We had spoken in April 2017 and she made this happen. The team also put in various options for us and contingencies in case due to the weather this would not happen. The team conducted multiple risk assessments, contacted relevant authorities and did everything possible including assessing multiple launch sites and countless hours of effort just to ensure we were in the best position possible. On the day itself, we were given the go ahead and the call this could happen. The wind direction did change and despite this Craig the pilot on duty was incredibly gracious, creative and attentive to the fact this was our wedding, and made this work despite the challenges. It was honestly the most incredible experience, and could not have been achieved had it not have been the professionalism of the entire Exclusive Ballooning team. They went ‘above and beyond’ and gave us the most amazing lift off to our marriage! This is certainly a first for any Asian wedding, and a first we think for the UK!
