Took four 13 years old boys for a b-day and they enjoyed it so much. We chose the wild west theme following Janos advice and was great. Janos tips were the right balance for the kids to move on and still enjoy it a lot. Absolutely recommend it.

These escape rooms are amazing. The designs really suit the themes of the room and make you feel immersed in the story. There was a range of different puzzles and plenty of clues given if needed. The only thing that ruined our trip slightly was the member of staff on duty. On arrival we were greeted nicely and he was really friendly, however when asked if we "had time before the room", followed by him sitting down and asking quite personal questions, me and my friend (both aged 17) began to feel quite uncomfortable. This continued for about 20 minutes and after being asked if there was someone expecting us home afterwards, my friend and I were prepared to leave. However, we finally got on with the room and ended up having a nice experience, slighting disappointed in the 'over-friendliness' of the host though.

Enjoyable Wild West game, but was frustrated that I got locked in a cell for nearly half the game. It was my birthday and I’m the one who enjoys escape rooms, but I missed out a lot of the fun! This bit of the game should be shorter, or the host should ask the team to nominate someone who doesn’t mind being inactive for the first 20 minutes or so.

Although I didn't actually go into the escape room, (My husband went in with our daughter and her friends) I cannot fault the customer service. I had loads of questions and Janos answered everyone with politeness and friendliness over the phone. When I finally made the booking, I messed it up and it was sorted out with no worries or problems. The children really enjoyed themselves and my husband said it was really good too. Based on the customer service alone, I'd be more than happy to recommend this place. The only thing I'd change is that there would be more parking and somewhere to sit for those of us who weren't permitted into the escape room. (We had the full allowance for a birthday party!) Ps don't park in the car wash or outside KD Gymnastics, they don't like it and will challenge you!
