    I asked E.U. to phone me back at 9am which they did very promptly. The lady confirmed with me that she was working alongside my electricity company and required my supply number before she could give me alternative estimates/quotes for other companies. I refused to give this info as in my mind if she is working alongside a company they should already have it. Was then told that she couldn't help me without the number and the call was disconnected. NOT EVEN 10 MINUTES LATER she called me again saying that she had obtained my supply number and could now give me the new information!!!!! Gobsmacked is the only word I can think of without being rude. If I could give no stars I would.
