Rude and officious. Dropped my laptop (thankfully undamaged) for me and blamed me. Tried to make nice after this and were completely tone deaf. You don't address somebody as "my friend" and "dear" in that situation. You go "Sir" and "Madam". Will never use that company again.

Terrible experience. I pre-booked and paid for 2 luggages from 7 am April 7 Friday to April 11.; no one in service desk and I was really running out of late. I need to leave the Waverley station at 8am and ran to bus station with my luggages, looking for the lockers. I still don’t know how to get refund. Terrible terrible experience!!

It is best to leave your suitcase in the lockers of the bus station. Excess Baggage charge you £7.50 for only three hours, but if you are 3 minutes late to pick up your luggage they will charge you £7.50 more to pick it up. I cant believe that I was charge for less than a 5 minute delay. Next time I’ll make sure to leave my suitcase elsewhere.
