Shak was early to pick us up, we were ot quite ready but he was happy to wait. The mini bus was immaculate inside and we had a great journey to the airport. Shak was friendly and helped with our baggage. We have our return journey booked and hope it runs as smoothly as this one. Excelsior is my go to transport company in Birmingham. Always on time with excellent service. There is no one I trust more with those stressful journeys to the airport. Shaq has taken us the last couple trips and he is a star. Massive help with the bags and knew to get the radio down and move carefully over bumps with our crabby baby riding along. Highly recommend Excelsior

Perfect transfer to and from B’ham airport! Booking online was very easy and good to see prices for each vehicle up front. Had 2 top drivers in SHAK and IRFAN who dropped us off and picked us up. Both made contact beforehand, were friendly, and bang on time for both journeys. Don’t think I’ve ever had a smoother airport transfer, and will definitely use again in the future.
