Excel Plumbing is a small friendly, very knowledgeable company off Portman Road. The staff are very willing to offer help and advice. They have a compact bathroom showroom on the first floor and a spares and accessories shop on the ground floor. They are also the best and convenient place to buy salt for water softeners. There is sufficient parking at the front of the building. We have been using this company for many years and highly recommend it.

Excel get our plumbing merchant of the year award. We needed a bath waste replacement part for an old bath. Tried 5 other merchants and nobody could supply right part. Excel had one in stock. Great price too. We will go to Excel first next time.

We have used Excel plumbing on several occasions and this review is later than planned but last year we ordered a complete new bathroom and shower, and considering we were in partial lockdown the delivery of all the items was on time for the project to be completed, plus the cost was very reasonable and the builders installing the bathroom were also extremely impressed with the quality of the products delivered. Adrian who dealt with the sales was also extremely helpful at all times, and incredibly patient. Thank you excel plumbing.

I visited the showroom, brought a whole new bathroom and cloakroom and received excellent service from Excel Reading from start to finish. We received one item which was slightly damaged when unpacked - and it was replaced immediately! Thoroughly recommend this company! 👌🏻
