Fantastic service from Excel Pest Management. Rang in the morning as we’d discovered a large wasps nest in an outbuilding. They arrived a couple of hours later with all the kit and dealt with the problem quickly. We removed the exterminated nest today and no issues at all. As a director of Excel Pest Management I can confirm that we have never had any dealings with Tori Richardson who has left a malicious one star review of our company. We also observe that she has left a five star review of Gary's former disgruntled employer. We find this suspicious as Tori would have no reason to know who we are or of our existence. Excel Pest Management are very highly qualified to a minimum RSPH Level 2 and a member of Britain's Premier Pest Control Association the BPCA Audited to the highest standards in Europe EN16636 to assure our clients they are getting the most professional service in the area. Gary is also becoming a Technical Inspector which is a higher qualification than the majority of pest technicians. It is a shame that some feel the need to drag others down for no reason, ourselves on the other hand aspire to be the best. I can assure you we are certainly not overpriced! I suggest always asking if a company are qualified to a minimum RSPH level 2 in pest management before choosing your supplier.
