Had an amazing experience at NCF living birstall store. We were looked after by the store colleague called Lucy, who was really good at her job and was with us each step of the way whilst we took our time picking which sofa would go with our conservatory. She even went through which materials are cat friendly as we explained our cat sheds a lot and scratches the sofa, and now we’ve managed to find a material which won’t be ruined by the cat!! She is very patient and listened really attentively to our concerns and preferences and after taking everything into consideration she wrote us a comprehensive plan on which sofas would be the best fit for our home. We would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a new sofa!
