Brilliant for business. As a PA I find them second to none - prompt replies to emails with quotes, tracker links and numbers for drivers in advance of each journey, never let us down. We were using another very well known London firm but frequently could never get drivers - Excel always have drivers for us providing we give sufficient notice. Really excellent - particularly Debbie in the office who is super efficient. Highly recommended.
