This company was put forward to me via my insurance company , I spoke to the office regarding the van will need picking as due to an accident the brake lights weren’t working . The day of pick up I was told it would be late afternoon and was told I’d phoned half hour before to say the driver was on his way…. 11am they ring to say the driver is outside my house . Following that, they rang me another day to say they can grab the van that minute … again no notice or heads up so no one one could be there . They’ve now wasted my time and have said they won’t be carrying out the work . Can’t comment on the guys work but from first contact they have been utter useless .

This company was appointed to me by my insurance company and when they came to collect my car the driver got my car on to his trailer then reversed it back off again so I went back out to see if he needed guiding on, he tried again using wood under the wheels to which he dragged my front bumper on then as he carried on the wood smashed up into the side skirts of my car. I told him to stop and I walked round to check on the other side and noticed the front wheel had scraped against the side of the trailer and on his first attempt he must have done the same as there was a lovely big scratch down the passenger skirt so the trailer was clearly not fit for the job and now my cars in a worse state than it was before they arrived. I’m now awaiting a phone call to resolve the issue and shock! I’ve had no phone call. There website raves how professional their staff and company our but clearly that’s just a generic write out from Google they have used. AVOID! Service: Body & Trim

The car was returned with damage from workshop and they refuse to come back for it. REPLY: Like 1 said on the phone. Any mechanical works is not related to you guys. I'm referring the the body damage to my right hand side of the car happen while it was in the shop. you guys refused to come back to have a look while you guys just left 5-10 mins ago.
