This company did let us down and refused any responsibility for the mistake at first. It's now resolved but I'll leave the post here... -which was an error on their part (to arrange collection of our PCR test). We had to pay more than three times the amount to get a rapid test done in order for us to go on holiday. Hugely stressful, hugely expensive and Excalibur were hugely unhelpful (it took them over twelve hours to acknowledge their mistake, despite our trying desperately to get in touch with them - no phone number provided). Under no circumstances would we recommend this company.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a PCR test for travelling, they weren’t sending the results , kept calling customer service which never picked up although on their website it says CS available 7 days on 7. Their website also states that tracking is available all the way though, from sending home to results, but it’s not true. In doubt (as I was leaving early the morning after) I went to get a same day result testing which costed me £150. I chased them for a compensation but they refused. They don’t even offered a partial refund. Stay away. More serious testing companies out there

We ordered and paid for 2 test kits in August 2021. Excalibur advised at very sort notice that they were unable to collect the tests and offered a full refund by email. This refund has never been received. I have tried on multiple occasions to speak to customer services and have been forced to go through my credit card company to try to obtain a refund. Months and months later - no refund has been received, despite the email confirming we would receive one due to Excalibur not providing the service we paid for. This company not only refused the service after taking payment but also failed on the promised to refund the money due to this. They left us in a difficult last minute position to obtain test results for our flights (which was extremely stressful at that time). AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, EXCALIBUR HEALTHCARE ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY WITH REGARDS TO TESTING. Unfortunately there is no option for minus stars on here.

THIEF ALERT !! We ordered two Day 2 test kit in December, didn't receive after 2 weeks, ask for refund by E-mail and also from their website but no response, tried to call customer service many many times buy no one answer... CANNOT get our money back !!

Complete and utter rip-off. Customer contact service provides you with an email address which doesn't respond to emails. Just tried to ring the customer service now and got through to a recorded message. Messaging on the webpage does not work - utter joke!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PCR TESTING. We sent our tests back with courier company that they use and the tests never arrived. The day before travel, after spending hours trying to contact Excalibur, when we eventually managed to talk to someone, they just said your tests have not arrived so we'll refund you. So less than 24 hours before travel we were left in a panic, and had to travel to the airport to take emergency tests. costing an extra £200. Excalibur were not apologetic, just stated their terms and conditions, so basically hard luck! Left us with a nightmare panic before our holiday.

Sending the test, Collecting the sample was smooth. They have given the result in less than 30 hours of collecting the sample and less than 12 hours of receiving the sample at their labs. Overall experience is very good.
