Very clean and well maintained venue. Honestly these guys went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect and spot on. Regardless of all the wedding stress Haroon was very reassuring that everything will be fine and it was 👌🏼 we had an amazing night and so did all our guests. Everything on the day went very smoothly and stress free. The day went exactly how we planned and wanted it to go! In fact it exceeded our expectations, thanks to Haroon and his team. Lovely and friendly staff, definitely recommend.

I recently attended a wedding. Everything was going well, until a Manager falsely accused a child of taking photos of the waiting staff. I know the child, so I know this never happened, as it's not in the child's character to do so. Nevertheless, we still inspected the photos & it was a selfie of the child with no waiting staff in the photo. Instead of the Manager apologising to the guests, she must've felt embarrassed with the whole situation & stormed off, & escalated the situation. Thankfully, another manager stepped in & de-escalated the situation; he handled it well; however the damage was done. Instead of training & briefing waiting staff, the Manager falsely accused guests of misbehaving & no apology was given. The venue looked nice, but the behaviour of the waitress & the Manager was very poor; therefore, I wouldn't recommend.

i had cancelled my booking and he said he would return half of what i had paid, its been 4 months and i haven’t received the full refund. He doesnt reply to texts or answer calls. i would like a full refund to be honest. Terrible customer service.
