I have been using these taxis for years and they have always been good but on 10th feb I got a taxi home and the driver asked me for the money upfront which was fine. I gave him it but he didn't offer my change. We got to my destination and he asked me for money again, I replied I have already paid you and you owe me change, he started shouting at me saying I hadn't, I said I definitely have. He then changed his mind and said he gave me my change, so I opened my purse and said where is then as it was empty. He then started throwing change at me, I said you are trying to Rob me which made him get in a mad temper, I was relived to get out of the taxi. Terrible experience.

So I got a taxi home to cleckheaton today, which is £15.. I ended being ripped off, the driver actually THREW my change out of the car, onto the pavement, luckily it didn't hit me. Also, the driver put my life at risk twice and wasn't even wearing his seatbelt. I was shaking when got out of the car. Rung to complain, and the operator took the drivers side.
