Very unorganised. We drove 2 hours each way to view a van, (we had confirmed the viewing a few days before) we ended up having to spend 2 hours there in total just to view and test drive because the keys weren’t there, half an hour after we arrived the young lad in the office had to disappear for 20 minutes to collect the keys, then when we got to test drive it was at the back of a long line of vehicles which had to be moved. Very unorganised. Although we liked the van the bad experience we had put me off buying it as if it’s this difficult to view, how difficult is it going to be to buy it or if anything goes wrong. Everything happens for a reason and our negative experience told us not to buy the van.
