  Planning on moving in the first time in over 30 years we canvassed everyone we knew for estate agent recommendations and didn't get a single positive suggestion. So when a EweMove flyer dropped through the letterbox we thought we might as well see what they had to offer. What lucky timing that was for us, because Sally proved to be the exception to everything we had heard about other local estate agents. She spent lots of time with us discussing the selling process and what we should do in regards pricing and then spent the best part of a day getting the pictures and 3D room scans just right. She took full control and did exactly what she said she would throughout and sold our home in a week, despite the government doing its best to crash the housing market at the very moment we put it up for sale. Having found a buyer, Sally stayed 100% involved, constantly liaising between ourselves, our buyers and both solicitors to keep things on track and moving quickly. I've absolutely no doubt our house would still be on the market now if we hadn't gone with Sally at EweMove. Unlike everyone else we know, we can confidently recommend a medway estate agent.

  To say I am impressed is somewhat of an understatement! We were visited by Sally, who was most friendly and professional, she gave us the confidence we needed, to convince us that using a somewhat unfamiliar agency would be a good choice for us. I am so pleased she did. The valuation was spot on, the photographs were amazing, and the hours she spent making sure that everything looked just right were invaluable. Our home was launched just the way she said it would be, on Rightmove, Zoopla & On the Market, the board was erected and a couple of days after the viewings came. Even better for us, is that we went out with the dogs and Sally took care of the viewings. Our home is now sold to a lovely family and I can honestly say that the communication, advice and service has been fantastic. I have had no false promises, everything I was told actually happened - so refreshing to experience! I would shout from the rooftops for this company and they didn't charge a fortune either ! :)

  I’ve just a bought my first house and the whole process was much more complicated and longer than I thought mainly due to issues with the chain. While I’ve been ready for weeks to complete frustrating was growing, but Sally has done her best to keep close contact with me and she's done a great job reassuring and informing me of every step. Without her this would've been a lot more stressful. I am very grateful to her professionalism and hard work, I will definitely use EweMove for any future purchases.
