I checked the reviews with every estate agent in the Dunstable area, EweMove Dunstable had great reviews, so I called Lacey Brooks and she came round and what a lovely, friendly, down to earth person she is. She made me feel relaxed, she was confident and very knowledgeable, checked out the house, took all the measurements and took lots of great photographs, the house went on sale and the first day we had 20 prospective purchasers who wanted to view the house. Lacey vetted them to find out who was ready to buy and more importantly serious about buying, Lacey set up a viewing day with 12 purchasers and the first viewer offered £10,000 over the asking price and we had a second offer the asking price. Needless to say the house sold straight away and I have nothing but great praise for Lacey and I wish her the best for the future.
