This is the worst carrier I have come across in the UK. Do NOT use! They have not delivered 6 items this year whilst claiming one was delivered (it wasn’t) and others were ‘no access’ also dishonest and fraudulent as all other carriers and Royal Mail successfully deliver. You cannot talk to anyone as their customer service seems entirely ‘automated’ and provide no photos or evidence that they’ve been anywhere near the property. One supplier pinged them and found they sent a ‘no access’ message from 5 miles away. Absolute rubbish dishonest fraudulent carrier.

Communication would be much more improved if only we could contact local distribution depot when somethong goes wrong Advised that parcel was delivered. It was, but not in the correct place. Eventually solved with proof of delivery :-)

My parcel was "received" by Evri April 12th and 13th it was "put on hold" Currently 28th April with no update, tracker not updated and all they can say via an automated robot is if my package has been with them over 7 days to check with the seller for delay reason. Despite EVRI having already "received" it on the 13th!

Ordered something from China. They initially used Speedpak to get it to me, then it was handed to Evri in the UK. No Evri communication at all, and no Evri tracking number sent to me. Item was delivered when I was having lunch so I can see the front drive. Ebay tracking said it was left in an outbuilding and delivered by Evri. It is only an envelope, and I don't have an outbuilding. I have a letterbox. No photo of delivery, as no Evri tracking number. Cannot get through to anyone at Evri without a tracking number. They are Thieves.

Zero completeness, Zero professionalism, Zero accountability. My package did not reach me for 3 days because the courier took pictures but he did not know how to knock on the door, not only that when I stopped him in the corridor and asked why he did not knock, he first told me that he did not speak English and then told me that I was taking a shower in kitchen 😂. because of course I showed where I was the day before, waiting for the gentleman with the package, When it comes to the manager, it's laughter in the room, the guest is there to apologize for the laziness of his employees, and gives an empty promise to send a complaint somewhere, not to mention the company's policy where drivers keep packages even 3 days on the van and during this time they can check what is there and seal it as if nothing had happened, Hermes has changed its name but old habits have remained embarrassing, if I could give a minus star I would give it but I can't. Don't send anything through this company. I wish you a nice day.
