    Google auto filled my order to an incomplete address automatically upon checkout in the store I ordered from. Evri’s automated customer support through both live chat and calling is both a headache and doesn’t help at all. I have never had such a bad experience with a postal service before.

    My husband and I live in sheltered accommodation Your courier Angela chooses not to deliver to customers door but leaves the parcels at Reception It’s a simple process you buzz an apartment the person answers and buzz’s through to let in then through another door to the relevant apartment We are over 60 years old as are all the people who live here The courier uses covid as her excuse but as we informed her things have moved on and we would prefer items to be delivered to the door My husband tried talking to her told her he was deaf so she started shouting at him so he walked away I tried speaking to her and she thinks we should have a box at the front of our building or the door code as she said she is DBS checked I informed her North Tyneside Council don’t allow people to have the code for security reasons I have never come across anyone who is so unpleasant and unhelpful
