Cristina is very friendly and professional. Has increased remarkably my nightly rates and bookings from previous management company. I almost gave up SA due to financial losses with the previous company, but she put everything back in order. Very hardworking. Being multi lingual also a bonus to some non English speaking guests. Definitely highly recommend her.
