All these reviews are fake and forced. Worst agency to work for they are unprofessional impolite and very inconsiderate. It took over a month after paying £60 for a dbs check for me to start working. I was told it would take 48 hours or less. I asked for a refund as I had another job offer and was refused. When I finally started working , these people will spam call and text your phone the morning of a shift , then be rude if they cannot reach you. Ignore you all day if you message any queries. My pay was withheld from me for weeks due to nurseries not signing timesheets after I asked and Zoe R expected me to continue to work with no money in my account after I had explained how this inconvenienced me. I refused and my access to the scheduling app was suspended because she met her match and I stood up for myself. Don’t work for these people they’re paying you crumbs and can’t even communicate and treat you with respect. Worst agency I’ve EVER worked with.

Unfortunately this agency was not for me. I have been in the education sector since 2012 (level 6 as well) and it cost me an arm and a leg to get them to agree to pay me £13 p/h. Even then they paid me incorrectly so they still owe me money. When I try to get this sorted no one from the company deals with it. They ghost me. This company stressed me out. They don’t treat you like a valued employee, they don’t care if you’re having a difficult time and are incredibly patronising. I live in the Surrey area and they struggled to get shifts for me even though I was told this wasn’t going to be the case. I am aware it’s agency work but when they convince you they have shifts then you think it’ll be okay. I guess it’s better if you’re in the London area. It was stressful not being respected. I worked hard for the nurseries but the agency itself is a shambles.
