Evan replaced our roof 8 years ago with a 20-year warranty. Twice since then we have had issues with our roof - both times we have contacted Evan Pearcy, he has promised to come out and does not turn up. We follow up with calls and texts and he then doesn't respond/ answer. Both issues with our replacement roof have involved significant water leakage into our house. Do not use this roofer if you want your guarantee to stand and a roof that doesn't leak. Service: Roof repair

Replacing all guttering and wooden soffits etc with upvc, Fitting new front and rear doors ,and the latest work they carried out was fitting a proper roof (not a light weight roof) a good substantial roof also incorporated the kitchen roof. I reached out after my home received damage from the storm. As a woman I find companies can take advantage, I found this company to be professional, efficient and great value for money. I am happy with the work on my roof and I am grateful for the free roof inspection. I have booked in for additional home improvements that I have been putting off for years. Pros: Quick response & call out, free roof inspection, area left cleaner than before, cost was much less than quoted elsewhere Cons: Not finding this company sooner
