I went to see Steffan, having suffered with a chronicly tight, aching shoulder blade area for nearly 2 years following a tennis injury. No amount of stretching, massage or physio made any difference and it was causing me constant pain and discomfort.. I was sceptical whether this treatement would do any good either! During the first session, Steffan took the time to investigate the issue and examine, aswell as providing treatment including dry needling and deep tissue massage. The following week, I couldn't believe how good it felt and after just one more session it was all but fixed. Staffan was extremely professional and friendly, and put me completely at ease. Would 100% be straight back with any other issues, wish I'd given it a try sooner!

Stefan is incredibly professional, friendly and always talks me through everything and helps me to understand why I am getting these niggles. After a few sessions (or sometimes one), I feel so much better and can get back to training! I would definitely recommend Steffan to anyone who has struggled with physical pain or injuries. I went to see Abbey , i had an older knee injury which hadnt healed properly and more pain in my left legnand hip. My very first treatment with Abbey was brilliant !! 👏. The pain reduced alot and i could actually sleep at night without waking up in pain. She realigned my knee and hip and gave me excercises to help .i highly recommend you go to see Abbey if you have any joint/ injury problems in your body. Five stars ☆☆☆☆☆

I booked appointment with Abbie after having severe back pain. The first appointment was to understand the pain and treat it she also gave me stretches to do. After being diagnosed with a medical condition which she understood I have had 2 further sessions with her. I have found her treatments to be invaluable...not just medically. Today deep tissue massage was absolutely amazing. I can't recommend Abbie enough.
