Want to train from zero, with a supportive but challenging environment? Francis and the other students are fantastically welcoming and patient - even when I couldn't catch my breath for several portions of the class due to my 25 years of bodily abuse and lack of exercise! I cannot recommend Evolution enough.

Brilliant classes, been going for a couple of months and I’m enjoying every session, training along a friendly group that are also European champions Is amazing!! Despite all their medals they hold not one of them shows any sign of arrogance or over confidence. Having tried some clubs prior for a couple of sessions, they are some big heads out there, which is a shame because the training is good, but you feel uncomfortable as a new comer, like no one wants to pair with you, and when they do all that happens is you end up holding the pad for them and get the impression they would rather be paired with someone else. Not welcoming at all, and other clubs just don’t deliver on training but are friendly. So finding evolution which delivers on all levels is a god send. Can’t recommend enough. A real friendly, welcoming atmosphere, great structured training, very well equipped and knowledgeable instructors.

A friendly and professional taekwondo club for all ages delivered by expert instructors. They have really helped my 14yo daughter develop her confidence and skills since training with them. Through the whole Covid lockdown they continued classes online via zoom which was a godsend for her mental well-being. We cannot praise them enough for their classes which are unsurpassed when it cone to physical and mental health. Highly recommended.

I have trained with Evolution Martial Arts for over 10 years now and I’ve always enjoyed the training environment. I have trained in Taekwondo, Kickboxing and even Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I’ve always been impressed by how welcoming the instructors and other students are as well as the instruction and skills learnt in each session. The lessons are well structured and with a good intensity where you feel you get a great workout. It’s clear to see why lead instructor, Francis, is on the England TKD coaching staff with his knowledge and clarity which has given me the confidence to even compete at competitions, where I’ve been lucky enough to come away with a few gold medals. The main thing I love about the club is that it feels like an extended family where I’ve made lots of friends and connections, many of which I’m friends with away from the club. I couldn’t recommend Evolution Martial Arts highly enough - and with the variety of lessons for all ages, I recommend it to everyone!

Evolution Martial Arts I can't recommend Evolution enough. I wanted to get my children in a club and I couldn't of picked a better one. The club has a real feel good vibe about it, with a friendly and dedicated coaching team by Francis, Chrissy and Katie. My children love it, and have learnt so much in the time they have spent there. If your thinking of trying Martial Arts get booked in, I just wish I had done it myself years ago.
