Unfortunately it has been a very bad experience. We were happy at the beginning but as soon as we went online the situation changed dramatically. One night eviivo changed the prices from 1.000€/per night to 1€/night. So we are 330€ profit even that 30.000€ ish. They accused us but at the end we discover a HUGE bug in their prising system. We had to contact the OTA to cancel the reservation. Eviivo did nothing for us, we had to sorted it out everything by ourself. After a couple of weeks we had a reservation in a period that our calendar was supposed to be closed. Basically the account manager during the set up “forgot” to copy the calendar. As soon as we realise the mistake, he logged in our account, from his backend, he manipulated the settings to try to show that he didn’t do mistakes. We took a loss!!! He created a financial damage to us! We ask immediately to Eviivo for an internal investigation and they confirm that this guy made a manipulation but they refuse to give us the refund. Absolutely the most unprofessional experience ever! Disgusting!

Poor service, do not respond to complain emails, blocked my calendar availability on airbnb to the point airbnb contacted me to say this platform was preventing me receiving bookings. Following this, they have not responded to any correspondence.

I do not recomend Eviivo Suite under any circumstances. The platform does not work properly and when we complain they put the blame on the customer or booking or any other. The customer service is obsolete. Nobody help a customer in need and the worse part is that they force you to stay with them through a year contract. Very disappointed and angry with them.

Millionaire Property
Unfortunately even after so many years on the market they have so many issues which will make you lose money eventually. We had 30 units with eviivo at the moment and we are migrating to another provider where we hope for better support and less Errors. They know how to sell you their services but after that when you need something to be resolved they can only escalate the problem to different departments. Last drop was: automated emails weren't sent, or they were sent on wrong days and times, all properties on Airbnb were disconnected and took them 2 days to sort it. I would recommend to find something better as at the moment it looks like Eviivo is a sinking ship
