Very poor service to motability customers. Car has a fault with the brakes, cannot offer a loan car and provided no help or assistance. Over 30 mins on a call. Given wrong information on several occasions. No follow up calls for parts. Really hate having to try and get through on the phone, it’s an absolute nightmare. I wouldn’t buy a seat and definitely would not recommend. Never in all my years of car ownership has it been such a chore dealing with a dealership.
