Renting the car was easy and a pleasant experience. Paying almost $900 USD for a few defects (minor scratches to the front bumper) was completely out of line, especially after being told it would be 100 to 200 pounds. I reached out to the company to discuss and was told to send an email detailing my experience and they would respond and consider my request. Still waiting a month later . . . . but not holding my breath . . . crickets. ALL RENTERS BEWARE!
