Really enjoyable classes, very positive atmosphere. Individual approach to beginners, to catch up and learn basic techniques. My wife and myself would definitely recommend checking it out if you would like to improve your fitness and self confidence. Michelle and George are really great instructors!

Great club. A friendly group with Instructors who take the time to help you develop, my fitness improved massively in a short amount of time here, you will be taught real self defence and it isn't a money grab like some of the other clubs. 5 stars would recommend anyone who wants to try Martial arts come here.

A really relaxed and welcoming club. They're very considerate towards new starters by taking them to the back of the class and going over things at their pace. Also offers a couple free sessions so you can get a feel for if its for you. Genuinely lovely teachers who take things at your pace and are really flexible. Never puts pressure on to attend and are good with uni students being back and forth. Good bunch of members also! :)

Excellent for Adults and Kids, a family orientated Martial Arts club with safety and confidence at the heart of everything they do. George is a very experienced teacher and I excelled quickly to gain my black belt and have gone on to compete in many competitions over the years. I believe the club has been going since 1989!! I remember the days back at Wallace house when it first started!
