What a arrogant rude man that answered the phone he didn’t want to help in anyway. I needed poles for my awning he kept asking questions which I answered he knew what I needed but kept saying its one of 3 I explained in detail I then said your not very helpful for a fiamma dealer he then said if I don’t like it go elsewhere and put the phone down. Unbelievable we’ve been dealing with fiamma awnings for over 40 yrs now on different campers and I can’t believe he’s a fiamma shop never had anyone as rude. I definitely won’t bother ringing them again absolute idiot.
