Crystal Palace Diving club visited my daughters school as part of a talent search programme. My 7 year daughter was given a letter and invited for a talent test at the pool where the club currently trains. My swimming and gymnastics mad daughter was delighted and excited by the opportunity. We attended the trial nearly 7 weeks ago however have received no feedback from the club despite sending 2 emails. My daughter asks me daily whether I have heard from the club and I am unable to provide her with an update. I feel the club have a responsibility to the children they invite to trial to let them know if they are or are not invited to train with them. I question how professional the club are if they cannot provide this information and if invited to trial I would carefully consider if you want an upset child at the end of it.
