Bought Mapei Kerapoxy grout from these cowboys online. Returned two buckets within 14 days as I overbought some, got refund -35%. They claim that this is their T&C, whereas they forget about 2013 Consumer Regulation and they violate it. Furthermore, one of the Kerapoxy grout which my tilers used seems to be not real epoxy as it has not been hardening for two weeks now! When asked for a refund got no response. Lets see what my payment card provider thinks about all these. Avoid!

Items sent were not as described, requested refund on return,only half my money reimbursed. They also sent my order to the wrong address too. Appalling service and I'm paying for that privilege. Pity you can't award no stars.
