Trust the reviews and do not waste your money on this place. We booked after being bought a gift voucher and it was a massive waste of money. We were sold £200 worth of extras that were frankly useless. The cars we upgraded to we weren’t even given the chance to drive in, as in the confirmation it says ‘Rule Upgrade’ but doesn’t specify the cars, so we paid for nothing basically. Also paid for high speed passenger laps, but only got one instead of two. Paid £35 for the photo package, which was ONE photo of you in the car and two of you driving past, which frankly I could’ve taken myself for free. We also paid for the collision damage waiver, honestly I don’t even see how you could crash the cars as they won’t let you go past 70mph. The staff are all incredibly rude, one of the cars we was driving broke and the staff blamed my partner getting very rude and confrontational. After I did a lap in a car my instructor mouthed something to a group of staff who then all started laughing, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Granted we did speak to who I’m assuming was the manager before leaving who gave us another passenger lap (which we’d paid for anyways so doesn’t make a difference) and gave us some photo prints for free (again, paid £35 so was expected anyways!). But after spending around £350 total, a 2hr30m drive and petrol money etc it was really a massive waste of time and money. We even called the call centre after leaving to try and speak to someone, who was very rude, gave us a wrong email address and then sighed loudly when we asked to be transferred through to someone. Booked through a gifted voucher, and wasn't offered the usual 'extras' at the time. Later approached by the 'commissioned sales team' to sort the 'discrepancies'. The options should be available to add on AT THE TIME OF BOOKING thought the third pasties links. upsell upsell upsell is all they want. Customer service team rude and talk over you. Lost out my experience as couldn't afford the damage waiver, and couldn't get a refund. Just don't bother!

We came on Saturday 20th and whilst our son really enjoyed his Christmas present We were disappointed... the cars looked tired and made rattling noises, squeaky brakes etc, but most of all we were absolutely shocked and disgusted by the cost of additional extras! We paid £15 for him to have a demo lap - don't bother!We paid £35 to cover the excess as when asked the lady booking us in said "most accidents happen in the pitlane" - the kids don't actually drive in the pitlane - total waste!You could also upgrade to more laps of course... we were then advised that to compliment his 2 laps he had the chance for a high speed lap in the BMW 1 series... ok finally something free he can have a go... seemingly no timings/coordination with the other cars trundling around the track - I went back to the car and left his dad to watch! and of course we were very welcome to go on the lap with him... £15 per person! Media package... or 1 image... £20?! I am surprised we were actually allowed to take our own pictures without additional charge I don't want anything for free... we paid for the experience for him, but to be bombarded with "additional extras" at every stage was ridiculous! Wouldn't return - would look somewhere else

Booked in for the Movie Car Thrill at Prestwold, and what a thrill it was! Blaine was a great instructor in the Toyota Supra, but I wish I'd had a few more laps as I was just building the confidence up in the car and the track. I'll be back for this one! Ian was my instructor in Eleanor, another great experience, great to have a drive in this awesome American muscle car. Thank you!

Awful experience. Waste of time. Drove two hours to the venue for our pre booked time slot F1 experience to be told be had to wait for three hours!! It wasn’t possible for us to wait around due to having other commitments so we were bitterly disappointed to have wasted two hours driving there and two hours driving home. Other customers were also complaining about the same thing in the queue. They admitted to over booked people on the day. We had very poor customer service and didn’t even get a full refund.

A complete waste of time and money! The staff didnt know what they were doing, and the cars were knackered!! My partner got the Aston Martin db9 instead of the Vantage as "you can't guarantee what you get on the day" even though it was parked right there and someone else went round in it; even though you have to specifically choose the car when you book. The car had a cracked windscreen and a brake light didn't work. The brakes were rubbish and warning lights were on on the dash, which he was told to ignore. He had 3 short laps, instead of 6 miles. Then he went onto the Subaru for the rally bit, except that was a Ford. Again, not the car promised. When he was putting the 5 point harness on he was told that "It's dirty and doesn't do up well". That wasn't fitted, it was really loose and baggy, but was told it didn't matter, "just some health and safety rubbish". Did about one mile in the rally car, instead of 6 too. After all this he went to the desk to get the photos that he had paid yet more money for, only to be told that "there's no one taking photos of the rally thing today", after waiting for another person to chase up the photos. So we only had the photos from the Aston Martin, which wasn't even the car we had ordered!! All in all a total waste of time and money! Not only the cost of the "experience", but the insurance waiver and the photography package. After driving nearly 2 hours to get there, and 2 hours back, for approximately 20 minutes of extremely underwhelming driving, I most certainly would not use this company again!
