Absolutely excellent; food, atmosphere, service, all of it. The tan tan noodle bowl was incredible, pickles and seaweed salad were fresh and so morish. Staff were friendly, attentive and welcoming, we had a great evening, thank you. We will definitely be going back. Kid-friendliness: Brought along our (albeit very well behaved) under 2 toddler for a group meal, early evening on a Friday and the staff were fantastic and so welcoming.

Shoyu ramen was great and was a massive portion! Service was great too with super friendly staff and reasonable prices. However my dad wasn’t the biggest fan of the chicken ramen, wasn’t particularly flavourful.

My husband and I came here for our first wedding anniversary and I couldn't recommend it more. The interior was cool without being pretentious, and our waiter was attentive and knew a lot about the food. Standout was the corndog, it was delicious! Itd be great to see a couple more options on the menu, but what they do they do well

Delicious food and excellent customer service. 4 stars is a bit harsh...I'd give 4.5 if I could. Lots of new and exciting things to try. Justification for the 4.5 is that the menu was a bit confusing to someone not used to eating that kind of food. The bowls come with a lot of ingredients and could be interpreted as individual dishes. There was not a simple explanation anywhere e.g. "bowl of soup with the following..." Chopsticks were given by default (obvs fork was given upon asking) but these two instances of assuming a certain level of competence with Asian food makes it slightly unaccessible to some and creates a certain amount of awkwardness. Amazing drinks!

BEST RAMEN PLACE IN NOTTS! 😱☺️ The broth was the perfect blend of aromatics+spice+flavour?+umami?+etc. Creating a symphony composed by the classical guitarist and musician Francisco Tárrega like Grande Vala in your mouth. The experience can only be described as getting hit by a truck at 5mph, like the truck was trying to give you a warm embrace and you're stood there with your arms wide open but at the end of the day it's still a truck so you still got run over, but the truck's the flavour and you're your tongue. (Does that make any sense). 10/10 going again soon 🙌.

Generally great service, very encouraging and everyone smiling. We had 2 ramen bowls - Tan Tan was very heavy and with strong flavours and Shoyu was much lighter, quite salty. Both tasty, I was full as hell after Tan Tan but no wonder as that one is definitely high on fats (which I don't mind as it gives more flavour), Shoyu was much lighter hence I'd say it could be a bigger portion, especially for £15. Unfortunately I do have to say I had eaten much better ramen, a one to die for, however don't get me wrong - the one we had here was definitely good! A big downside to me is that you don't offer Tonkotsu ramen which is very popular and my personal favourite. If you ever have it on the menu I'll be happy to try it! You could use some kids menu too as there isn't much that kids can or will eat at your place and I'm sure some families come over too. Sorry not 5 stars guys but we didn't feel that amazed :( It doesn't mean we won't ever be back though, still 4 stars!
