    Not usually one for negative reviews but this dealer really rubbed me up the wrong way and lazy car salesman. Originally enquired about a 2.2 Mondeo which can be found on AutoTrader for £9,499. Had a phone call from the dealer or one of their salespersons and the conversation was very, how shall I put this, negative. First of all he asked if I could take the car on the day; for context I planned on part exchanging my Fiesta; this told me he wanted to get rid as fast as possible and also made me think there's someone wrong with it they didn't want to disclose. Upon speaking about my car, handing over my reg and asking about £4k and to put the rest on finance I was met with, "We'd pay £3k, if it's bad condition £2.5k, this is because we tend to stay away from EcoBoost". Good condition or not, I've seen AutoTrader price my car at £4.2k private and £3.7k part ex, they're so far off and to be bias against EcoBoost despite having had a new engine at 48k is beyond me. If he'd left it there I wouldn't have written this review, however when I asked if I could still test drive he made it clear he couldn't be bothered with me and it would be a chore as he'd "Have to move 7 cars to get to the Mondeo as it's in the back of the forecourt"...maybe if you were a little more positive then you'd sell more and have more space. Avoid this dealer.

    AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!! The attitude of this so called dealership is absolutely disgusting. Hiding damage on their cars and not holding their hands up. Trying to blame a jet wash for paint peeling off a bumper on its FIRST WASH. Then tried blaming Kia. After you could clearly see it had already been touched up. Had to go through broker to claim money for repair and only agreed once I threatened to take the car back. Had to keep chasing for new log book which finally arrived over a month after purchase. Being shouted at on the phone numerous times by them. Vile. Reported to trading standards.

    Paid a deposit, they then changed the price on the car and increased it without telling me. Then they refused to give my deposit back. Spoken to trading standards and I shall be taking them to small claims court. AVOID.

    I would give zero if possible. Disgusting customer service. Teach your staff how to speak without hanging up. If you can’t deal with customers then you shouldn’t answer phone calls in the first place.
