Dr Ying is an incredibly skilled practitioner, no matter what symptom I walk in with ( and over the years he has been treating me, I’ve had various ailments) he has worked his magic and fixed me with acupuncture and Reflexology. I am a complementary therapist myself so super fussy. He is also warm and friendly, which is somewhat rare for Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics! The clinic is not going to win any prizes for its decor, but the therapists are fantastic ( when Dr Ying was away, another Dr saw me and she was great too).and that’s what counts. I always recommend Him to my own clients when they ask if I know of a good acupuncturist - I say ‘ you have to go to Dr Ying - he’s the best’.

I have been suffering from lower back issues on an off for about 10 years. I had to fly from the states to London last week only days after suffering an episode that required an epidural steroid injection. Needless to say I was not fully healed and I it was greatly aggravated from 13 hrs of airline connections and travel. After a couple days in the UK my back was flaring up so bad that I found it difficult to walk even short distances. I passed by Dr Ying's clinic a couple of times, and suddenly I decided that I had nothing to loose as I've never tried acupuncture, so I made my way in. The Dr was able to see me right away and he did a thorough physical assessment of my back pain and mobility. This was followed by an acupuncture session (which I wasn't too crazy about but It was certainly better than an epidural injection), and that was followed by an aggressive deep tissue massage focused on my back (given by his colleague Daniel). The massage was brutal on my muscles (not my spine); but when it was over I stood up straight, bent over, and had more mobility and reduced pain since my back went out a week before. The Dr also sent me away with some herbal patches which were on the expensive side, but I can honestly say I feel the menthol in them working on my back. Some pain did return the next day after sleeping, but it was definitely improved. My first appointment was 3 days ago and my second was tonight I have to admit that I'm becoming a believer...
