We expected great things from Evergreen, Given all the positive reviews on here and we were certainly not disappointed. Heard a lot of horror stories about Cavity wall insulation, So we were quite hesitant and unsure, But David seemed to revel in being given the opportunity to explain all, and took the time to answer all of our concerns and questions, clearly demonstrating his year's of experience and knowledge, in a way that all made perfect sense to us. We did get two other quotes, but those particular company representatives didn't seem interested in our concerns and neither did they provide any kind of answers to our questions. So it was a no brainer. Excellent service from start to finish. Our house is now retaining the heat for so much longer, and it's one of the best investments we've ever made to our home. Had a chat with Ken and he was very informative, confident and professional, answerd any questions I asked. 2 days later i had the icynene installed in my loft roof. Steven and Dale who installed it were very professional and very polite. Cleaned up their mess afterwards. I can't say how its going to work for me at the moment. I am prepared to leave another comment after the winter months when i am going to feel the diffence in my house and in my pocket.

Latest: The cavity wall insulation David put in has reduced my heating energy consumption by 35%. Fantastic. David and his team did a really professional job of cavity wall insulation for us. It's a big house with lots of construction quirks but the team worked really hard for more than a day to get it all right. A bit of mess - until they tidied it all away. Great service at a good price and we've already felt the increased warmth and seen the benefits in terms of energy consumption. Very highly recommended.

After recieving these quotes from other companies I thought there has got to be more down to earth company than the previous and behold evergreen. Not only did they provide me with exceptional service, quick response to emails and trade knowledge, David and his team arrived Bright and early, got straight to work installing insulation in my cavity walls and were quick and tidied up after themselves. a very warm and happy customer. Being in the hospitality industry this is what 5* service is all about. Very very proffesional and friendly. Could not recommend them enough

Amazing customer service and high-quality work. I can't recommend David enough following the installation of cavity wall and lost insulation at my home. His communications prompt and friendly, useful honest advice when undertaking assessment and compiling a quote, very reasonably priced, work undertaken within a short time frame. Whilst undertaking the works, David and his team were efficient, polite, respectful and tidy. The house is now considerably warmer, and all previous draught spots excluded! The great results aside, he is a genuinely nice guy, who went above and beyond to help however he could - he even returned a few days later and replaced a porch roof tile he had noted to be cracked quite precariously above some electrics. This was most certainly not his problem, yet he demonstrated true selflessness and care to his fellow man, all with a warm smile! Thanks again David
