Wasted my time. They sent an engineer to do a survey for an air pump. Several weeks later I get an e-mail: "Regrettably, due to internal changes, Evergreen Energy is no longer able to cover heat pump installations in your area and as such we will no longer be able to proceed with your installation project. We understand that this might be disappointing and are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. "

Initial contact replies and questions arising were all answered clearly accurately and promptly by the project manager. The installation team were a good bunch to have in the house and made a clean and tidy installation. The technical and feasibility studies have proved to be accurate and achievable. Over all we are very happy with the system, and already it is showing the predicted savings in cost and benefits in comfort throughout the house. Plus the added bonus of helping, (in a small way) to meet reduced CO2 targets.
